As I am a small business, please allow 1-3 weeks for handling as I may need to re-order prints/packaging.

Where do I ship to?:

Currently I ship my small prints to – The United Kingdom, Ireland (Republic), USA (Mainland), Canada, France, Germany, Italy (Mainland), Netherlands, Spain (Mainland) and Australia (Mainland).

Due to size and weight, I only ship my Clueless giclée prints to the United Kingdom.

Packing and insurance:

All giclée print orders are packaged in a double wall cardboard box with multiple layers of bubble wrap. To prevent any bending or damage the prints are encased between two hard wood boards. Both boards measure larger than the prints to protect all corners. All orders are fully insured.

Returns:

I accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund. Items must photographed before sending and received undamaged, in original packaging and in perfect condition. 

Every order is photographed by me before sending, so most likely any damage is caused by the delivery process. All orders are fully insured, therefore if your print/prints have arrived damaged please email me ASAP – esmesullivanart@gmail.com

Through Royal Mail, claims for damage and part loss must be made within 80 calendar days of the date of posting, otherwise no claim will be entertained. For me to make a claim on your behalf, I will need several photos of the package and you must keep all original packaging.
